LICENSES

Basic License/Limited Commercial Use - %50 of Original Price
- May use artwork for social media, branding, and promotional purposes WITHOUT CREDIT.
- May use artwork in giveaways but only with a visible watermark.Merchandise/Prints - %150 of Original Price
Includes the Basic License Rights plus the following listed below:
- May use artwork for selling physical or digital products (prints, apparel, stickers, etc.).
- Credit optional but appreciated
- License is non-exclusive : the artist retains rights to display and use the artwork.
- Artwork cannot be significantly altered without artist’s consent.Full Buyout - %300 of Original Price
- All rights and ownership transferred to the client.
- Client may use, modify, reproduce, or resell the artwork without restriction.

TERMS of service

GENERAL
1. All commissioned work is for personal use only, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
2. I, VMIISTUDIO, retain full rights to the artwork, including but not limited to use in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.
3. Commercial rights (e.g., for merchandise, games, branding, resale, etc.) are not included unless purchased separately.PAYMENTS
1. Inquiry & Quote: You provide details of your request. I confirm availability and provide a quote.
2. Agreement: Upon approval, the Client accepts the quote and Terms.
3. Payment: Full/Downpayment must be made before the artwork begins.
4. Work-in-Progress (WIP): I may provide WIP images for feedback and approval during key stages (sketch, color, etc.).
5. Final Delivery: Final files will be delivered digitally in high resolution via email or download link once payment has been fully resolved and the artwork is finished.REVISIONS
1. Minor changes (e.g., color tweaks, small details) are allowed during the WIP phase.
2. Major revisions (e.g., pose changes, complete redraws) may incur additional fees.
3. Once the final artwork is delivered, no further revisions will be made unless agreed upon.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. Typical turnaround time is 1-5 weeks, depending on the complexity and queue.
2. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; I will keep you updated if this happens.USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSThe Client may:1. Use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Share the artwork on social media with credit to the Artist.The Client may NOT:1. Use the artwork for commercial purposes without a commercial license.
2. Claim the artwork as their own.
3. Alter the artwork without permission.
4. Use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related projects.REFUNDS1.Full refunds are only available if I have not started the work.
2. If work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on progress made.
3. No refunds will be given after the artwork is completed and delivered.
4. I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time for any reason.COMMUNICATION1. All communication will be done via Discord, Instagram or Email. I prefer Instagram the most for communication
2. Please respond within a reasonable time (e.g., 3–5 days). Unresponsive clients may cause delays. If a response is not available within 2 days of WIP updates, I will proceed to the next phase of the drawing process.
